Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of coffee products, opened coffee bags or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Once approved, please ship the item back to us in secure packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
